This 100% pork meat Sopressa develops its unique flavour by being larger in diameter. The mild spices used are carefully chosen so as to enhance its distinctive mild flavour and enhanced with Fennel seeds. It is then sliced and packaged in a convenient 100g Modified Atmosphere Pack.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Wine, Fennel Seeds, Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose
PACKAGING PRIMARY: It is sliced for you in a convenient 100g pack.
PACKAGING SECONDARY: Sliced packs are in a modified atmosphere package.
STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at < 20°C
SHELF LIFE: 16 weeks @ < 20°C
METHODS OF PRESERVATION: Fermented, held at 14°C, Nitrite, Aw.
FINAL CUSTOMER PREPARATION: Cut through clear top film and peel back. Ready to eat.
