INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Prosciutto Pieces, Pistachio Nuts, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Wine, Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture

This 100% Australian Pork meat Salame is cut medium to fine, with chunky pieces of Prosciutto as well as Pistachio Nuts mixed throughout. It also contains cracked black pepper and a selection of mild spices. The mixture is filled into a zig-zag cotton casing to mature for a minimum of 6 weeks.
It is then sliced and packaged in a convenient 100g modified atmosphere pack.
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Warning - Not safe to consume if intolerant to nuts. Safe to consume for those with intolerances to gluten and lactose.
PACKAGING PRIMARY: It is sliced for you in a convenient 100g pack.
PACKAGING SECONDARY: Sliced packs are in a modified atmosphere package.
STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at Less 20°C
