This 100% Australian Pork meat Sopressa is pressed to give it it's unique shape. The spices used are carefully chosen so as to enhance its distinctive mild flavour.
It is aged for a minimum of 8 weeks then vacuum packed.It’s extended maturation time allows you to enjoy a classic, full flavoured traditional sopressa.
