This is as traditional and authentic as a home made salame. Made using 100% Australian free range pork with no preservatives. The coarse meat mixture is air dried and cured in our special cloth casing and aged for a minimum of 6 weeks. It is available in both mild, and hot which contains chilli.
It is then sliced and packaged in a convenient 100g modified atmosphere pack .
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose.
PACKAGING PRIMARY: It is sliced for you in a convenient 100g pack.
PACKAGING SECONDARY: Sliced packs are in a modified atmosphere package.
