DELIVERIES EASTER AND ANZAC DAY

Please place orders by 9am AEST Monday 14th April to enable us to give your parcel the best possible chance to arrive by the Easter Long Weekend and Anzac Day Long weekend.

We will be closed from 4.30pm Thursday 17th April 2025, through to Sunday 27th April 2025 for Factory Maintenance.

Any orders which are received after 9am on Monday 14th April will be despatched upon our return from Monday 28th April 2025. 

For deliveries to Western Australia and Northern Territory, please have your orders in by Sunday 13th April.

This salame contains 100% Australian Pork and is mildly spiced, seasoned and aged for a minimum of 6 weeks. The coarse meat mixture is filled into a natural casing and hand tied.

INGREDIENTS:  100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Wine, Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture

  • DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose

  • PACKAGING PRIMARY: It is sliced for you in a convenient 100g pack.

  • PACKAGING SECONDARY: Sliced packs are in a modified atmosphere package.

  • STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at < 20°C

  • SHELF LIFE: 16 weeks @ < 20°C

  • METHODS OF PRESERVATION: Fermented, held at 14°C, Nitrite, Aw.

  • FINAL CUSTOMER PREPARATION: Cut through clear top film and peel back. Ready to eat.
