100% Free Range Australian Pork air dried ham selected from the very best legs of free range pork. The pork legs are de-boned, salted and seasoned according to a traditional Italian recipe. They are then air dried and matured over an extensive period. Sliced very thinly, it is mouth watering with fresh crusty bread as is and with rock melon.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Free Range Pork, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250).
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose
PACKAGING PRIMARY: It is sliced for you in a convenient 100g pack in a modified atmosphere package.
STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at 0 - 4°C
SHELF LIFE: 9 months @ 0 - 4°C
METHODS OF PRESERVATION: Fermented, held at 14°C, Nitrite, Aw
FINAL CUSTOMER PREPARATION: Cut through clear top film and peel back. Ready to Eat.
