This salame contains 100% Australian Pork and is mildly spiced, seasoned and aged for a minimum of 6 weeks. The coarse meat mixture is filled into a natural casing and hand tied.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Wine, Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose
PACKAGING PRIMARY: Natural Sheep Bung.
PACKAGING SECONDARY: New Cardboard Cartons and Paper Lining .
STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at < 20°C
SHELF LIFE: 16 weeks @ < 20°C
METHODS OF PRESERVATION: Fermented, held at 14°C, Nitrite, Aw.
FINAL CUSTOMER PREPARATION: Remove from vacuum barrier bag and natural casing before consumption. Ready to eat.
