CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
Please place orders by Sunday 15th December to enable us to give your parcel the best possible chance to arrive by Christmas.
We will be closed from 1pm Friday 20th December 2024, through to Sunday 5th January 2025.
Any orders which are received after the 15th December and are not the following capital city destinations (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart or Adelaide) will be despatched upon our return from the 6th January 2025.
For deliveries to Western Australia and Northern Territory, please have your Christmas orders in no later than Sunday 15th December.

A medium to fine cut salame is mildly spiced and seasoned the traditional Italian way. This salame also contains 100% Australian Pork and is filled into a natural casing and hand tied.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Wine, Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture.
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose

STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at < 20°C
SHELF LIFE: 16 weeks @ < 20°C
METHODS OF PRESERVATION: Fermented, held at 14°C, Nitrite, Aw.
FINAL CUSTOMER PREPARATION: Remove casing before consumption. Ready to eat.
