This salame contains 100% Australian Beef and is very finely cut and then filled into a synthetic casing. This salame is lightly smoked.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Beef, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Starter Culture.
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose. Does not contain any Pork.
