A traditional delicacy made from the loin of pork and renowned for its aroma. It is rolled in salt and spices then air dried, and matured to allow the flavour to develop.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (corn based), Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate(251), Sodium Nitrite (250).
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to gluten and lactose.
