Pork belly from 100% Australian Pork, with the loin of pork still attached, which is salted and spiced. It’s then rolled and placed into a natural casing. This product is air dried (not cooked) then allowed to mature. We recommend slicing thinly to fully enjoy the flavour.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (corn based), Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate(251), Sodium Nitrite (250).
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose
PACKAGING PRIMARY: It is sliced for you in a convenient 100g pack.
PACKAGING SECONDARY: Sliced packs are in a modified atmosphere package.
STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at < 20°C
SHELF LIFE: 16 weeks @ < 20°C
METHODS OF PRESERVATION: Fermented, held at 14°C, Nitrite, Aw
FINAL CUSTOMER PREPARATION: Cut through clear top film and peel back. Ready to Eat.
