A traditional delicacy made from the neck of the pork and renowned for its aroma. First it’s rolled in salt and spices, then air dried, and matured to allow the flavour to develop.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate(251), Sodium Nitrite (250)

FINAL CUSTOMER PREPARATION: Remove from vacuum barrier bag and casing before consumption. Ready to eat.
