Please place orders by 9am AEST Monday 14th April to enable us to give your parcel the best possible chance to arrive by the Easter Long Weekend and Anzac Day Long weekend.
We will be closed from 4.30pm Thursday 17th April 2025, through to Sunday 27th April 2025 for Factory Maintenance.
Any orders which are received after 9am on Monday 14th April will be despatched upon our return from Monday 28th April 2025.
For deliveries to Western Australia and Northern Territory, please have your orders in by Sunday 13th April.

Free range, 100% Australian Pork air-dried ham selected from the very best legs of free range pork. The pork legs are de-boned, salted and seasoned according to a traditional Italian recipe. They are then air-dried and matured over an extensive period. Sliced very thinly, it is mouthwatering with fresh crusty bread as is and with rock melon.
