Available in 6 pack (275g).
They are smaller cacciatori, approximately 60mm long, with coarse minced Australian Pork meat, sweet peppers are added to the meat mixture as well as selected spices to give them their distinctive flavour. They are available in mild, tied with white string, and hot which contains chilli is tied with red string. The coarse meat mixture is filled into natural casings, tied and aged for a minimum of 4 weeks and then vacuum packed. Hot Mini Cacciatori contains a medium heat strength chilli.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Sweet Peppers , Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Wine, Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture.
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose
PACKAGING PRIMARY: Natural Hog or Beef Casing
PACKAGING SECONDARY: New Cardboard Cartons
STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at < 20°C
SHELF LIFE: 16 weeks @ < 20°C
METHODS OF PRESERVATION: Fermented, held at 14°C, Nitrite, Aw.
FINAL CUSTOMER PREPARATION: Remove from vacuum barrier bag and casing before consumption. Ready to eat.
