*** Due to a national and international shortage of natural casings , we will be temporarily using a synthetic casing for this product. We will revert back to natural casings when they become available.***
This salame is cut medium to fine and contains 100% Australian pork. It is spiced and seasoned the Venetian way, and filled into a natural casing. It is available in both mild, tied with white string, and hot, which contains chilli and is tied with red string. Hot Veneto contains a hot heat strength chilli.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Wine, Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture.
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose

PACKAGING SECONDARY: New Cardboard Cartons and Paper Lining
STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at < 20°C
SHELF LIFE: 16 weeks @ < 20°C
METHODS OF PRESERVATION: Fermented, held at 14°C, Nitrite, Aw.
FINAL CUSTOMER PREPARATION: Remove natural casing before consumption. Ready to eat.
