This 100% Australian Pork meat salame is cut medium to fine with chunky pieces of Prosciutto as well as Pistachio Nuts mixed throughout. It also contains cracked black pepper and a selection of mild spices. The mixture is filled into a zig-zag cotton casing and aged for 6 weeks.

INGREDIENTS:  100% Australian Pork, Prosciutto Pieces, Pistachio Nuts, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Wine, Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture.

  • DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Warning - Not safe to consume if intolerant to nuts. Safe to consume for those with intolerances to gluten and lactose.

  • PACKAGING PRIMARY: Cotton casing.

  • PACKAGING SECONDARY: New Cardboard Cartons and Paper Lining.

  • STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at < 20°C
